My Rates and Associated Fees

I pride myself on the fact that my hourly rate is considerably less than the rate that many offshore companies charge. My goal is to make my Internet Marketing and Website Services affordable to even the smallest of businesses who are looking to improve or obtain a professional online presence.

My Hourly Personal Consultation Rate

I charge $250/hr., billable in 15 minute increments.

I do charge a flat fee for most of my services and it is unusual that they might require any additional time. If you request additional services to be added to a project, or if extra time will be required to complete a service to custom specifications, I will quote you an estimate on the extra time prior to the projects launch.

Google AdWords™ & Yahoo Search Marketing™ PPC Management Fee's

Fee's for managing PPC markeing campaigns are based on your budget.

Packages start at only $995 Setup and $300/month for budgets of $1500/month or less.

Google Maps™ & Local Search™ Business Listings

Your local business absolutely needs a listing on Google Maps and Local Search.
I charge a one time setup fee of $350 for each location.

Google Maps listings can include your hours of operation, coupons, photo, payment methods, and more.

Monthly Service Fees

I prefer to setup my clients who require monthly service with an automatic billing and payment system that automatically charges their credit card or account on the first of the month. Automatic billing can be cancelled at any time.
Clients do have the option to pay for their monthly service fees in advance.

Billing Terms

My personal consultation hourly rate is billed in 15 minute increments. Invoices are sent out weekly, with a standard invoice term of NET 15 days. Longer terms are available on a case by case basis.
Monthly fees are invoiced prior to the first of the month, and payment is due on the first of every month.
Website Design projects require 50% down prior to the projects start, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
PPC managment accounts require the setup and first months management to be paid in advance of services. Monthly management does not begin until the setup is finished, which becomes the anniversary of your future monthly management fee's billing.
Google Maps listings are paid in full in advance.

Late Payment

Payments not received on-time will be charged an additional $30. All services will be suspended after 15 days, with an additional $50 setup charge required prior to re-activation.
